Marketing Executive

To meet the company’s growth plans, the successful candidate will help create and develop digital marketing output to assist in the delivery of Endomag’s global marketing strategy. You will help grow a strong brand presence, focusing on online channels.

We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for marketing. An eye for design will be useful, as well as an inherent familiarity with online software and services. You will be part of a growing commercial team who will help you learn and develop.



Digital / website

  • Help to update and keep the company’s website current using its CMS (WordPress)
  • Maintain a digital media kit for journalists and the public
  • Manage the company’s email newsletter (Mailchimp) and future email marketing ambitions
  • Help to create new written and visual content for the website on an ongoing basis
  • Support SEO activities to improve Endomag’s search engine presence
  • Advise/propose, design and produce draft content for the company’s marketing collateral including copy and graphics
  • Create and monitor Google Ads and other online/social advertising

Social media

  • Create visually engaging material content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and any other social media platforms, such as imagery (Photoshop, InDesign) and video (Wistia, YouTube, editing in Premiere Pro)
  • Keep up to date with trends, mentions and useful content
  • Monitor and report stats on channel activity and success


  • Create compelling digital promotion materials pre and post-event
  • Where relevant, create targeted promotions to potential event attendees

General marketing

  • Assist with the production of appropriate product/company videos/photography and their online storage, usage and communication
  • Continuous support and improvement of digital presentation materials (PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Assist other members of staff with online/digital brand and communication related queries

Ongoing education

  • Where possible, spend time with the field sales team, attend exhibitions, etc.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to familiarisation and understanding of the company’s products and markets


  • Audit advertising and activity including social media for effectiveness and feedback to Marketing Manager
  • Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date and GDPR compliant


  • Excellent written and verbal communication (internally and externally)
  • CIM qualification or Degree (ideally in marketing or relevant area to company, but not limited to)
  • Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in marketing in technology, healthcare or science sectors
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for image/document manipulation
  • Past experience of video editing, at least to a basic level
  • Creative flair for graphic design
  • Website CMS experience
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Organised and methodical approach to workload and able to work to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient at social media marketing
  • The ability to understand product information
  • Willingness to learn and adopt a proactive approach to self-education
  • Able to work on own initiative and as a team player

Desirable experience

  • HTML/CSS familiarity (writing, editing and/or knowledge of how to implement, e.g. embedding videos)
  • Familiar with Google Analytics
  • Adobe Illustrator for logo/vector image manipulation
  • Knowledge of Google Ads including ‘Remarketing’, LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
  • Proficient with WordPress
  • Experience of video production and/or editing with Adobe Premiere Pro
